Sept. 25, 2023
Baltimore firefighters were told of possibly three trapped in the vacant row house.

Baltimore firefighters at the scene of a vacant row house collapse Sunday night were advised three people may be trapped in the debris.

They were unsure if they were in the house or hit by falling debris, WBAL reported.

Baltimore Fire Public Information Officer Kevin Cartwright told reporters at the scene. "Our special operations command rescue team were able to visibly gain access to one individual who was entrapped, suffered moderate injuries and were treated at the scene and transported to an area hospital."

Two others who may have suffered minor injuries left the area on their own.

The city building inspector was on the scene.
